1. Data protection
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.
We collect as little personal data as possible. If we do collect personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses), this is always done on a voluntary basis wherever possible. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless we are obliged to do so by law or on the basis of a court decision.

2. Processing and use of personal data
Your personal data will only be used for the processing of your enquiries and for the implementation of contracts (contact form). The use of your data for personalised advertising also only occurs with your consent (newsletter). As soon as the purpose for the collection, processing and use of the personal data has ceased to exist, we will delete this data immediately, unless there are justified reasons based on the applicable legal regulations, in particular legal obligations to retain data. In this case, the deletion will be replaced by a blocking of the data. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. by e-mail) can be subject to security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The operator of this website is responsible for data collection.
You will find all contact details in the imprint as well as at the end of this document.

3. Obtaining and handling your consent
By using our services and by submitting personal data to this website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy does not constitute a contract. Brieger Verpackungen will, if required by law, obtain further consent from you.

4. Cookies
Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
This website does not use user-identifying cookies or cookies which are not technically necessary. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit (online shop).
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

5. Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
browser type and browser version
operating system used
referrer URL
host name of the accessing computer
time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources.

6. Statistical evaluations
The program is a free web analysis software. It is used to evaluate log files which web servers create based on visitor requests. The program does not use cookie files for the analysis. The statistical analysis is carried out via the log files, which contain pseudonymised IP addresses. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources.
Unlike other statistical programs, AWStats does not transmit any data to a third-party server.

7. Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

8. Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps, a mapping service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), to display maps and directions. By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
It would be possible for Google to create personality profiles of users of this website using the personal data collected via the Google Maps service and to process these or the users’ personal data for other purposes over which we have no control.
You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service in a simple manner and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google: to do so, deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case, you will not be able to use the map display and possibly other functions of this website.
Google Maps is used in the interest of providing an attractive presentation of our online offers and making it easy to find the location of our business.
You can find more information on the handling of user data in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en

9. Google web fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google web fonts are used in the interest of providing a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers.
You can prevent the use of Google Web Fonts in your browser settings. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

10. External links
For your information, you will also find links on our Internet pages which refer to pages of third parties. Brieger Verpackungen has no influence on the content and design of these pages from other providers. The information in this Privacy Policy is therefore not applicable there.

11. Security
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries which you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” as well as by a lock symbol in the address line of your browser.
When SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
We use technical and organisational security measures to protect the data you provide to us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are constantly being improved and adapted in line with technological developments.

12. Right to information, deletion, blocking
You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data. You can contact us at any time about this and any other questions you may have on the subject of personal data.
You will find all contact details in the imprint as well as at the end of this document.

13. Amendment of this privacy policy
For legal and/or organisational reasons, changes or adjustments to our privacy policy may be necessary. In this regard, please refer to the current version of our privacy policy.
